Rajat Saha is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over 25 years of experience in the Indian pharma industry. A postgraduate in Chemistry from Guwahati University, he began his career as a medical representative and steadily advanced into leadership roles, gaining extensive expertise in domestic and international sales. Currently part of the management team at Rencure International Pvt. Ltd., Rajat is also a published author known for his practical, action-oriented books focused on pharma sales and leadership - “You Can Be A Medical Representative” and “To Command Is To Serve”. His books available globally in multiple formats, are widely appreciated for their real-world insights into field force management and first-line leadership. Drawing from his own journey, Rajat empowers medical reps and frontline managers through hands-on guidance, leadership development and communication training contributing meaningfully to the growth of human capital in the pharmaceutical sector.

A seasoned pharma leader with 25 years of experience, Bibhas Das has had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations like Cipla, Intas and most recently, Eris Life Sciences. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams, launched products and driven business growth. His expertise spans strategic planning, marketing and team management. He is passionate about delivering results and making a meaningful impact in the pharma industry.
Shiva Singh

Entrepreneur
Shiva Singh is an entrepreneur who identifies opportunities, creates new ideas and builds a business around them and ready to take risks to create profits for the company. His key characteristics include risk taking, creativity, perseverance and leadership. Shiva Singh holds a graduate degree in Chemistry from Mumbai University and is a postgraduate in Clinical Research from Cranfield University (UK). He also holds experience in Clinical Trials and has a wide range of experience in dealing with audits and inspection for all types of regulatory agencies worldwide. With a deep knowledge of Pharmacology related to medicines and his experience in handling finances as an entrepreneur will lead the company to achieve more milestones in the future.
